Interested in Rowing?

AUBC welcomes students of all abilities from complete novice to the seasoned rower so please come see us during Freshers Week 2010.

If you cannot make the Sports Fayre or the Freshers Weekend down at the Boathouse then please still get in touch by email (see 'About' page for details) and watch this space on the website for details of when to come down to our first training sessions.

What's Involved

New members will be treated to a tour of the boathouse and those who have not rowed before will be given a lesson on how to row on a rowing machine  before getting the chance to have a row on the River Dee.

Remember to bring appropriate warm sports clothes that you don't mind getting wet and/or grubby. The Boathouse has lots of wellies but you may want to bring your own waterproof shoes (or flip flops -  for the brave!)
